Being at peace with yourself is no easy feat for many adults.

We all have some fears, anxieties, and regrets. 

Once we accept who we are the good, the bad, the imperfections the faults.

We feel lighter as if a great burden has been removed. Most of our life we bring

with our emotional baggage. It is time to start releasing that burden. We should

start loving ourselves. Self-compassion.

Forgiveness is a gift only we can truly give to ourselves.

Once we forgive ourselves we can be free.
