Working, studying, and worrying will eventually lead to burnout.
Before that happens STOP. Be aware of the negative spiral
you have created for yourself. Take steps to recover and recharge. The first step
is always to pause and be mindful. Be aware of your feelings and take steps to
geared for future success.
